Speaker Logistics
Coordinate speaker arrivals, green room management, and pre-session briefings.
AV & Run-of-Show
Assist with AV cues and ensure sessions start and end on schedule.
Role 2: Check-In

Check-In
Be the first face attendees see. Manage registration and badge distribution, welcome guests, direct them to the right areas, and handle walk-ins and last-minute changes at the door.
Photo & Video
Help capture the summit for our global audience. Photograph keynotes, panels, demos, and networking moments. Support video coverage of stage sessions and assist the media team with file organization and handoff.
